Let’s make a pact with our kids to form new habits together that are good for them and for us. Forget “fat-free” — let’s eat electronic-free! Micro-chips aren’t very tasty, and they distract us from digesting dinner conversation vocabulary. Let’s trade our interactive interface, for interacting face to face. Among other things, regular sharers of food AND stories around the dinner table experience significantly lower rates of depression, obesity & drug use.
